Role:
• Providing functional leadership and act as top technical authority at the corporate level in the area of LP/SE/QHSE within all capital projects executed by Company outside Russia (11 large asset development projects (2014-2015) with a capital expenditure of over 70 billion USD in total, which included the design of LP/SE systems and performing the related safety studies)
• Setting minimum required levels of HSE performance for LP/SE discipline/projects:
o Monitoring full compliance with all applicable LP/SE/QHSE standards
o Applying LP/SE/Risk Management techniques to ensure technical safety integrity and inherently safer design
o Identifying and resolving technical challenges in implementing project’s requirements for LP/SE
