a) A seasoned operational HR specialist, encompassing other portfolios, with 15 years’ experience, has managed around 3000 to over 6000 employees in human resources , formulating and maintaining Industrial Relations Policies, Human Resource Policies, Occupational Design and Change Management Policies, Employment Equity, OHSA, Codes of Conduct, Disciplinary Procedures, Recruitment Policies, Employment Contracts (various), maintenance of SLA’s/PLA's, formulation & implementation of training programs both national and international.
