Started as a Project Manager and presently working as Head of Project Engineering, in PT. South Pacific Viscose, Indonesia, one of the largest Producer of Viscose Staple Fiber in the world and a group company of Lenzing AG, Austria and reporting to Head of Global Fiber Engineering, Lenzing AG and Board of Directors of PT. South Pacific Viscose.

- Responsible for Engineering and Project Management Services for Expansion, Modernization, de-bottlenecking Capex projects for 320TPA Viscose staple fiber production plant, Natural Gas based CS2 production Plant (105TPD), Power Plants (39MW), CS2 Adsorption Plant (20TPD), Sulphuric Acid Plant, Wet Sulphuric Acid recovery plant, Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Utility Plants of Indonesia site.

- Project Feasibility Studies, Basic conceptualization with pre basic engineering and Prepare project proposal for Capex Planning.
- Responsible for Project Cost Estimation, Budgeting, Cash flow planning, Spending and Controlling for Capex Projects.
- Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering, Risk assessment (HAZOP/ HAZID/ SWIFT), Construction, and Commissioning and handing over of projects to operations and maintenance.
- Technical Sourcing of Equipment’s for the plant. Outsourcing of Technology oriented plant engineering to Technology Suppliers and reputed Engineering Consultants.
- Coordination with External Engineering consultants, Production, Maintenance, Finance, SHE, Purchasing and other Global Engineering departments for successful implementation of projects.
- Providing technical support for other sites.
- Implement Global Standards for Engineering and Project Management.
- Responsible for Managing a team of Process Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Instrument & DCS Engineers, Design office (drafters) and Project managers, multi-cultural team of approx. 75 members (40 Core Team and 35 contract staff).

Worked as Maintenance Engineer of 8x300MW Min- Az Zour, (South) Power and Desalination plant in Kuwait Controls Co. Kuwait, Leading Ministry of Electricity Approved Maintenance Contractor for Power Plants, Desalination and Refinery Plants in Kuwait and reported to Senior Project Manager.

Was Responsible for,
 Mechanical maintenance activities of 8x300MW Power Plant Boiler and Desalination plant.
 Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual planning (manpower, Consumables, spare parts, etc) of the Maintenance works related to planned and unplanned shutdowns.
 Co-ordination with Ministry of Electricity and Water, Third Party Inspection agency like Bureau Veritas, for Certification of Quality of Work and Certification of the Work (Maintenance) Completion Report from the Ministry of electricity and water.
 Responsibilities included Failure Report Preparation, subsequent analysis and rectification report to the Ministry of Electricity and Water, Kuwait.
 Prepare and Issue Project Quality System and Preventive Maintenance Programme as per Relevant Codes and standards of MEW, Kuwait.

Key Achievements:
 Completed two years, Mechanical Maintenance of 8x 300 MW Power and desalination plant at Min- Az Zour, Kuwait, for the Ministry of Electricity and Water, Kuwait, with Zero Accident and Zero defect.
