Summary

I have a long working experience as Operation Management and Project management in Italy and China mainly for start-up or reorganization of many manufacturing companies. In particular, definition of construction and decoration technical specifications, selection and coordination of the contractor companies, the relations with the local authorities also the selection and purchase of production and quality equipment and machines.
