Lead Document Control Coordinator
Work closely with Project Operating Centre in Paris and the partners of JV
(TECHNIPFMC, JGC, CHIYODA), to monitor the implementation of project document management system throughout the project, make sure all project data assets are recorded integrally, ensure it's traceable, searchable and retrievable easily.
To support Document Management Team in Paris to maintain document control
procedures, work instructions, guidelines yards concerned.
To supervise yards’ document control team in order to full implement systems of
quality control and the process of distribution of internal and external, to ensure all
yards’ documentation are managed well in compliance with project requirement.
Working with TECHNIPFMC Chennai Office for the preparation and deliverables of yards’ module completion and commissioning dossiers.
Liaising with SABETTA Site for the deliverables of yards’ COW and MFD.
Provides an interface to IT Support team concerning existing software issue regarding EDMS (PDB, DDB, SDB, VDB), SharePoint, FTP etc.
Access authority administrator for all databases concerning project personnel.
To conduct training program for yard DC and project personnel required.
To do troubleshooting with respect to documentation processing or EDMS issue.

Completion & Handover Coordinator

Coordinate with Punch list administrator to expedite the signing of the cleared punch items, import accepted and approved punch C items into Zenator and generate as final report by subsystem as part of turnover package.
Expedite and collect required documentation from related disciplines for preparation of handover dossier by fabrication yard asset acceptance milestones.
Responsible for final handover dossier preparation, compilation, sign‐off and custody including ready for construction completion, mechanical completion, energization testing, pre‐commissioning and sail away.

Responsible for management of design doc/drawing, shop doc/drawing, as built
doc/drawing, vendor doc/drawing, construction technical queries (NCR, RFI, TQ, SI,CO), ensure the transfer of documentation are properly transmitted and recorded.
Set up filing system for project member to review and check, keeping the electronic copies on the shared local disk and archiving the hardcopies in a proper area according to office layout.
Perform quality control checks to ensure all documentation maintained with latest version.
Issue weekly reports.
