• Monitor vessel fulfillment in weight and volume by checking booking status in China and South East Asia
• Prepare tender quotations for different customers including Samsung, LG, Unilever, Honda to develop a long-term customer base for the service, with 5 major tender biddings awarded in 2019 (e.g. Philips Lighting, Olam, Sumitomo)
