Ensuring execution of capital expenditure
Execution of capital expenditure budgets, annual and monthly budgets. Implementation of maintenance programs (preventative) and active maintenance to ensure uptime of plant and machinery and uninterrupted availability of production capacity. Ensuring all utilities -boilers, generators, weighbridges, grain silos deliver rated efficiencies and the cost and supply of consumables are ensured. Ensure calibration and certification of all equipment in accordance with government regulation
