I am a seasoned HR/ People Operations professional with rich experience across the entire spectrum of the HR domain consisting of, but not limited to, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Compensation and Benefits management. I have meticulously acquired this experience by working across industry verticals from business process outsourcing to International Development and currently with IT.
I have a successful track record of mentoring new staff, setting up processes and ensuring their seamless implementation as well as developing new programs for quality improvement. I have in my current and past assignments set up offices, functions and departments independently and successfully. I have rich experience of managing HR issues including grievances, disciplinary, non-compliance and performance. I have successfully resolved these with my capabilities and skills.
I have also had the opportunity to work closely with the senior management in developing and managing existing processes and functions. In my current and past roles, I have supervised teams of HR professionals, ensured their growth, and learning during my tenure.
I was selected for an opportunity to work at Jhpiego's Global Headquarters at Baltimore, USA as part of Jhpiego global HR internship program. During my internship, I assisted the global HR team in talent acquisition, employee relations and managing policy administration across field offices. This opportunity gave me an insight into the world of international HR management thereby honing my skills as an International HR expert. I was appreciated for my contributions. I have worked in the past and am currently working in a diverse multicultural team. I have been exclusively nominated by the Jhpiego Global Head of HR to work on multiple global assignments including Policy Formulation for Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Standardisation of titles across field offices, HR support to Ghana, Philippines and Tanzania offices.
I have managed a host of global donors and foundations such as USAID, DFID, UK AID, Gates Foundation, Norway India Partnership Initiative, Merck for Mothers, Boston Scientific, CIFF, Buffet Foundation and others from an HR standpoint by working in programs funded by them.
I currently lead the people function for a leading SAAS organisation, Anaqua Inc. which is a leader in the Intellectual Property domain. I have independently set up the entire HR function from the scratch for their India office comprising of two locations – Gurgaon and Hyderabad and am managing it end to end. I am part of the senior management team and am instrumental in conceptualizing and executing strategic HR and OD initiatives for Anaqua India office
My current location is New Delhi, India and I am willing to take assignments outside of India.
