o Successfully led the delivery of Sage X3 ERP system to European business entities, for Finance, Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Sales. Streamlining global business processes and reporting.
o Presented to Executive Board, comprehensive assessment of French business, determining onerous contractual commitments, financial viability and sustainability, aligned to strategic product roadmap
o Commenced implementation of new Organisation Design to meet new profitable business, and restored company reputation. On track to achieve circa €2M EBITDA improvement for next fiscal year.
