Responsible for the scheduling, coordinating, and managing of all activities relating to Rotary Wing Charter, Pilot Operations, and Pipeline Surveillance divisions, as wells as Ground Support Operations.
I manage and supervise close to 30 people and the helicopters they use daily. This includes scheduling days worked and jobs to be done. I also work with the maintenance division to coordinate days and times that helicopter maintenance can be done while impacting the completion of jobs as little as possible.

Schedule charter pilots for all project work and days on/off;
Match the appropriate personnel skill level and expertise with the needs of the customer before assigning aircraft and jobs to charter pilots;
Coordinate with other groups within OpsMobil, such as Business Development and Maintenance;
Manage charter aviation fuel requirements;
Evaluate personnel to ascertain competency and appropriateness of skills on a work assignment;
Review all client aviation standards and ensure OpsMobil is compliant;
Provide verbal and written reports to management and clients as required;
Act as liaison between client and OpsMobil.

Responsible for the programming and engineering of hydraulic fracturing operations utilizing proprietary gelled hydrocarbon fracturing fluids.
Duties included, but were not limited to:
Creating frac models, job programs, and cost estimates for the sales department;
Setup and watch live frac data, while communicating with the field and the customer;
Provide direction for the field crew during frac operations, often from the customer;
Provide direction and advice for the customer before, during, and after the frac;
Assist the sales department with technical presentations;
Train and mentor new stimulation technicians promoted from the field.
