I graduate from University of BATNA as health and safety engineer, a well-organized individual used to working under pressure, communicates well, both written and orally and enjoys working with a wide range of people , self-motivated with and outgoing personality and a determination to succeed I started my career as an HSE engineer in Sicilsaldo Algeria, where I implemented a health and safety management systems and procedures , ensuring and improving department performance. After 2 years I started again as head of QHSE department as QHSE coordinator for a WESP (Joint venture between Weatherford an ENSP national company for well services), I am used to an Integrated Management System Coordinator role, where I was implementing Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 /ISO 14001/ ISO 18001). I was responsible for full system maintenance incl. compliance procedures and managing all company IMS records.

WESP Joint Venture between Weatherford and Enterprise National Services Puits, the Algerian company for Well services (ENSP) from 31/10/2013 at present my main duties are:
• Continual development of QHSE management system – procedures
• Responsible for the liaison with the doctors and WFT QHSE core in the event of an emergency medical situation. Ownership of the relevant emergency evacuation procedures and involvement with emergency drills.
• Control of the UAC card system and ensuring all cards are submitted to QHSE core for tracking and analysis.
• Accident investigation and the reporting of accidents and near misses.
• Responsible for ensuring all accidents, injuries, diseases are effectively reported accident book.
• Involved with the organization of safety meetings and active participation as such and effective record keeping of the said.
• Maintenance of QHSE records for evidence by the external auditors.
• Performing inductions to personnel and visitors and ensuring these are recorded by the training administrator.
• Performance of risk assessments and job safety analysis activities with the personnel and ensuring the findings of the aforementioned are effectively communicated to interested parties.
• Reporting to the WFT QHSE core any nonconformance in the system whether it is a customer complaint, vendor nonconformance, accident, system nonconformance or an environmental issue.
• Auditing activities in accordance with the safety procedure.
• Ensure that documentation is maintained in accordance with WESP management system.
• Assist workshop technicians as and when required.
• Verifying that maintaining and updating the certification and calibration of equipment continues as per the WESP Management System.

My main duties are:

• Chaired Pre-Shift Briefing (PSB) and Weekly Safety meetings to sensitize employees about safety topics;
• Monitor rig site activities and advice on preventing workers' injuries, materials damages and environmental impacts;
• Make sure that all Safety System of Work (SSoW) as: Permit To Work (PTW), Task Risk Assessments (TRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lifting plans, Toolbox talks and Risk Identification Card (TRIC) and audits are complied properly;
