More than twenty (20) years of extensive experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering practices mainly experience in Field Engineer, Construction Supervision,Project Management Team, Engineering, Inspection and Integrated Maintenance services. Dry out, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start up and Operation of Oil refinery, Gas processing, Power Plant, Switchyard, Methanol plant, Petrochemical plant and the Biggest LNG Plant in the world (Ras laffan, Qatargas II) also state of the art SHELL PEARL GTL PROJECT. I can work both Electrical and Instrumentation with less supervision and under pressure; I have massive experience and profound knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation activities from Inspection, Construction and Commissioning. Review of Eng’ng document for preparation of E&I works, Material receiving, bench and field calibration, Participate on walk down for E&I punch out, E&I inspection, Supervision for instrument installation, calibration and look ahead, monitoring and surveillance in site, leak testing, assist to commissioning, loop checking, punch list generation for system mechanical completion, MAP OWNER coordination for system hand over, mark ups drawing for as built, review ITP and method statement for project implementation, issue and monitor NCR/CAR for closure, handover of dossier prior to start commissioning, Facilitates interfaces among the Project team, Project functions and the contractor’s organization with respect to construction issues, easily adapt to any working environment or extreme weather conditions and flexible in dealing multi nationalities and cultures. E&I QC inspector

 Review Instrument ITP for approval.
 Witness receiving inspection for material and instruments to ensure project specifications and standards.
 Witness insulation and resistance test from cable drum and before and after cable pulling.
 Witness bench calibration (Project instruments) and field calibration for package instruments.
 Witness PRV calibration for third party shop calibration prior to installation.
 Review Instrument construction work packs.
 Carry out inspection of construction activities associated for installation and package equipment.
 Implementation of procedures, specifications, drawings, inspection & test plans.
 Ensure Management of Change and Site Query practices are in accordance with Project procedures.
 Witness / Sign off and ensure completion of instrumentation check sheets.
 Witness pneumatic and hydraulic leak testing.
 Assist with the compilation of instrumentation completion dossiers and documentation to facilitate the handover of all systems from the construction phase to the pre-commissioning phase.
 Participate in walk downs of completed instrumentation systems for punch-out and approval of Red Lined & as built drawings.
 Frequently visit and liaise with Contractor personnel on site to keep the QA/QC manager informed with all ongoing and forecasted activities related to the work.
 Co-operate with the field engineers, discipline construction superintendents and all disciplines.
 Actively promote quality within the Project.
 Liaise with Contractor regarding documentation, QC issues, etc.
 Counsels other disciplines regarding verification of specification requirements, in-house procedures, Quality Control needs etc. and maintain compliance with specifications.
 Interpret Project Specifications. Identify areas where change can improve quality.
 Assist in reviewing work scope via Contractor generated Work packs and confirm Project QC requirements.
 Assist in any quality related queries. Review Assist in close-out activities. Carry out other activities as directed by QC instrument supervisor.
 Review drawings and assist with interpretation where required. Verify material usage.
 Conduct surveillance inspections. Ensure products meet the required standards. Confirm products conform to required standards and statutory legislation. Monitor Project procedure adherence.
 Generate non-conformances where required. Monitor and verify Contractors Mechanical Completion Process.
 Receiving inspection of incoming instruments materials and equipment specified on purchase order. Control of non-conformance responsible to identify material problems, issuance of NCR, recommended resolution to problems and ensure that non-conformance is fully and promptly corrected.
 Conduct inspection and monitoring of instrument installation.
 Prepare instrument loop package, monitoring and witness of Pre-commissioning and commissioning prior to start-up and customer acceptance.
 Conduct inspection in preparing punch list for mechanical completion certificate.
 Prepare and submit test reports on various testing, Prepare day to Day inspection items / records and Punch list.
