Implementation. Reduction of cost .reduced inventory level. Bare code for warehouse & created 15000 items codes for Mechanical/Electrical ,Q/C & produ department buildup warehouse stock around 80 millions SAR from zero level .make possibility of all kinds of spare parts as required.During my period save more than 20 /Millions SAR raw materials, fuels spare parts. Reduced the cost of spare 10%
