REQUISITION FOR MATERIALS AND SERVICES

CLAIMS AND CLAIM PREVENTION – Initiate claims on Contractor including application of Liquidated Damages based on the non compliance to the Contract Terms & Condition and resolve / prevent claim, if any, from Contractor which is allowable / not allowable under the Terms & Condition of the Contract.
CONTRACT CLOSE-OUT – Initiate Close out of all Contracts internally and externally on completion of the Contract including warranty or guaranty period in all respect.
