 Skilfully manages the Oil & Gas Operation (> $600M) Facilities Maintenance and Integrity team at Ebok OML 67, to maintain a sound, efficient and safe operations delivering profitable performance to meet and exceed the company’s goals and objectives, whilst reporting to the company COO.
 Enforce control over all plant equipment maintenance throughout the assets’ lifecycle, and conform to all statutory requirements for the facilities through design and development of a highly effective maintenance strategy, significantly improving the overall plant reliability.
 Formulate and implement both business plan as well as design CAPEX & OPEX budgets for facilities maintenance and integrity management. Create yearly plant equipment maintenance & overhaul plan, coordinate activity plans for shutdown/turnaround maintenance, and develop close-out reports.
 Methodically deploy risk & reliability techniques and tools such as RCFA / MTBF / FMECA / RCM / RBI for adequate facilities/equipment availability.
