Summary

I am electrical engineer and I have experience of Combined Cycle Power Plant Operation with different O&M (GE and Siemens Gas Turbines) and Combined Cycle power Plant installation commissioning E & I and operation of combined cycle power plant with EPC contractor METKA S.A Athens.

Currently working on capacity of Shift Charge Engineer with Phoenix O & M Company LLC @ 2000MW SUR Independent Power Plant Sultanate of Oman.

Previously worked on capacity of Manager shift, safety and work permit with K-Electric formerly known as Karachi Electric supply Company limited at Combine Cycle Power Plant. Power Plant.

Joined project in commissioning phase and involved in commissioning reporting, punch list preparation, daily commissioning meeting with EPC (Daewoo) and consultant MM, involved in plant Reliable and performances tests and entered in PCOD.

Leading an operations shift team and responsible plant operation from CCR and from Field as required to ensure plant meets required availability, reliability, efficiency. Generation and cost targets, safely with in strict environmental limits and maintaining high standards of management and leadership.
Authorized for safety controller and safety coordinator under safety rules system, we are using CMMS, Ni-soft Eclipse, document Management system IMA (Integrity Management Application), Intelex for HSE management and reporting, PI process book program for plant performance and Efficiency and annual performance appraisal system. We are maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental legislation and we are certified for ISO 14001: 2015 (Environment) & OHSAS 18001: 2007 for Management of occupational health & Safety and ISO 9001: 2015 for Quality Management system and the member of RoSPA-The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.

Sur IPP is 2000MW CCGT power plant includes three power blocks, two of them comprises two gas turbine one steam turbine and three generators, and third block being one on one configuration with one gas turbine one steam turbine and corresponding generators. The Gas turbines are the latest Siemens STG-4000F (V94.3A) duel fuel, and steam turbine are Fuji electric system KN series Tandem compound double flow side exhausted condensing Steam Turbines and the HRSG are triple pressure (with reheat) supplementary fired. Plant is equipped with two black start diesel Generators (5MW each) for black start facility, buffer gas facility, and fuel oil as back up fuel, RO plant and west water treatment plant.
