• Pearl Continental Hotel-Multan, 5 Star Hotel with a financial outlay of Rs. 2800 Million.
• Zaver Pearl Continental Hotel-Peshawar, Mix use development comprising of Hotel, Offices, and Shopping Mall with a financial outlay of Rs. 2500 Million.
• Pearl Continental Lake Resort Hotel Mirpur- Comprising development over 220 Kanals (27.5 Acres) land in Mirpur AJK with financial outlay of 3500 Million.

• Construction of District complex BAGH of 450,000 Sq-ft constructed area including 26 commercial administrative buildings and the residences for various levels. The project also includes infrastructure development of 42 Acres hilly area. The client was Saudi fund for development.
• Construction of 300 Bed Teaching Hospital MANSHERRA of more than 200,000 Sq-ft constructed area. The client is Saudi and Kuwait fund.
• Close out of 175 MW combine cycle power plant for DOOSAN Heavy Industries, South Korea in Dharki. The close out includes finalization of accounts and variation orders, adjustment of claims and settlement of contractual disputes.
