Overall responsibility is to ensure that the project is implemented and delivered in compliance with the agreed upon corporate Quality Policy, Project Quality Plan (PQP), Contract Schedule Q and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. More specifically:

 Preparing /Auditing and /or reviewing Quality related documents available at the corporate and project level.
 Ensuring that Quality Objectives, Project Organization and Project Execution Plan are properly documented through Project Quality Plan.
 In particular ensuring and Auditing that:
• The project has a comprehensive Project Organizational Chart
• Each staff member has a clear Job Description
 Processes such as preparation submittals, recording and distribution of documents, procurement of material, control of quality at site etc. duly documented training of personnel.
 Assists Department Managers in Auditing/preparing or revising documents such as:

• QC Plan
• HSE Plan
• Security Plan
• QA/QC Statistics
• Procurement Plan
• Distribution Matrix
• Project Execution Plan
• QA/QC Organizational Chart

 Assists/Auditing Engineering, Construction, Procurement and QC Department in collecting standards applicable to the project.
 Periodically review and Audit quality performance and implement corrective and/or preventive actions.
 Identify training needs and propose relevant training sessions accordingly.
 Assess the Quality management System of Sub contractors and issues recommendations.

 Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the QMS, Quality Plan and relevant procedures and required QA forms for all construction activities
 Represent the Company in front of Client, Engineer and other interfacing parties and attend regular meetings regarding QA/QC and laboratories
 Review all Project drawings, Specifications, Standards and technical queries for different activities according to Project scope
 Review all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for different activities according to specifications

 Review and give recommendations to the Method Statements for different activities
 Responsible for reviewing and analyzing findings of quality audits including approval of corrective and preventative actions
 Responsible for follow up, reviewing and closing of NCR after approval of corrective actions
 Build and lead the Company quality team to implement the approved quality system
 Direct personnel to comply with the approved quality plans and procedures
 Carry out random inspections and monitoring of site works to ensure individuals are carrying out their quality responsibilities
 Review all technical submittals for all materials before submission to the Client
 Review all sub-contractors/suppliers qualifications to ensure conformance to project specification/standard requirements
 Supervise and observations settings for the quality control activities including laboratories and site operations
 Establishing, reviewing and revising the documentation system: quality manual, all operating procedures, technical work instructions and quality forms.
 Preparing the management reviews and following up corrective and preventive actions. Participating in the preparation of inspections and testing plans (ITP), and monitoring the activities of factory inspections as well as site inspections.
 Ensuring that all QC inspections and tests are implemented for purchased materials, in-process and finished products
