Supervised of 12 outside contractor technician in June 2017 turnaround of (IGC) CO plant for completion and repair of temperature and vibration for Co Compressor.
Calibration and Functional testing of all valves and transmitter on June 2017 turnaround of (IGC) CO plant.
Supervised of 14 outside contractor technician in November 2015 turnaround of (IMC) Methanol plant for the completion of repair and calibration of 80 control valve and 300 instruments.
Doing an important role during shutdown up to startup of the plant.
Develop improvements concerning the instrumentation part of the plant
Checked and calibrated all vibration probes for 4 steam turbines during the turnaround.
Initiated FCR (Facilities Change Request), including calculation, the correct value of level transmitter on 3 condensate tank.
Do preventive and corrective maintenance as per SAP schedule on instruments and valves.
