 Major responsibility was to administrate over 11 major Contractors Progress Invoices and having an aggregate value of ±USD. 4.5 Billion :-
• Fully involved in administering, pre-award and post-award activities of several EPC, Service, O&M and Construction type contracts.
• Review and Certify Project invoicing in accordance with terms and conditions of contract.
• Preparation of Contract variation Orders in accordance with contract requirements.
• Review and Advise on Saudi WithHolding Tax with regards to OOK Contractual implication of Project Invoices and liaison with Internal & Statutory Auditors.

• Fully involved in administering, pre-award and post-award activities of several EPC, Service, O&M and Construction type contracts. Pre-Award function included preparation of expression of interest letters, follow-up with prospective bidders, prequalification, preparation of request for tender (RFT) packages, preparation of higher management approval packages; such as bidder prequalification recommendations, tender opening procedures, tender evaluation reports, contract award recommendations and formation of final contract.
• Review and verify the commercial & financial terms of invoices
• Valuation, certification and approval of Contractor’s monthly progress invoices for stage payments.
• Prepare the provision of accruals for month end financial reporting.
• Verify & control approved project cost and notify for variation of contract.
• Maintain commercial liaison between Employer and Contractors.
