• Perform cashiering, during schedule rotations.
• Prepare quality food, base on proper standard procedures of the restaurant, and put expiry time of the finished food.
• Make Daily, Weekly, Monthly, computerized Inventory reports of the food.
• Make Daily, Weekly, Monthly, computerized Inventory reports.
• Receive daily delivery products coming from the commissary, and aware in “FIRST IN FIRST OUT” (FIFO) procedure.
• Checking balance stocks from the stock room, double-check delivery product.
• Control all materials consumption.

• Issuing, tickets to all passengers before onboard.
• Maintain issuance of the ticket, based on the capacity of the vessel.
• Inspecting tickets for all onboard passengers and give tickets to those who did not collect tickets.
• Responsible for all passengers’ needs during journey time.
• Transmit day to day sales to the accounts department.
• Prepare individual timesheets of the staff.
• Answer all telephone calls and radio messages coming from the ship, main office, and another port.
• Relay all information coming from the Capt. of the vessel to the Port Manager regarding arrival and departure of the vessel and number passengers onboard.
