• Design and defining the operational strategies, guidelines and requirements for project Quality functions by carrying out the quality assurance planning to confirm organizational (management) and unit quality assurance and control requirements

• Review of criticality rating methodology and assessments & identification of critical equipment through implementation of formal criticality and risk processes
• Ensure applicable technical documentation as regards Quality are updated and current; incorporating best in industry practices, lessons learnt, obligatory / legislative & ADNOC requirements etc
• Liaison with process owners for the preparation of their KPIs and monitoring performance trends of defined performance indicators & metrics (KPI) to ensure conformance with defined targets and strategic Business Plan
