I love facing challenging new situations and finding creative solutions.

I have found challenges in many diverse environments, such as managing projects, logistics, and supply chains for multinational clients in Russia; teaching in a middle school classroom in Northwest Detroit; studying international immigration policy in Ann Arbor; and researching czarist education policy in pre-language reform Russian in the national archive in Kyrgyzstan.

I am a specialist in International Business & Affairs and Program Management with proven experience building alignment on multifunctional projects with diverse team members and clients in numerous cultural and international contexts. I have experience leveraging global supply chains to improve customer satisfaction, as well as with facilitating client senior leadership consultations to meet or exceed their needs. I am always willing to travel around the world on a moment’s notice to get the job done.

I am a self-starter, but more importantly a self-learner. I have often been given tasks that I have not been trained for, but have been successful by efficiently figuring out how to solve them on the fly.

I have well established teaching and public speaking skills. I believe that the ability to pass on knowledge and skills to others is of the utmost importance in the current business environment. Finally, I have graduate level experience in writing, editing, and research. I am very comfortable working with Russian language documents and with large data sets.

What am I looking for? I am always open to a new, unexpected challenge. My dream job would both challenge me intellectually while also drawing upon my experiences and passions. This could be a project management position for an international company where I can work closely with team members and clients from around the world, or a position with a values-based international relief and/or NGO organization where I could use my skills to make a difference in the world on issues that matter to me like democracy, poverty, health care access, and more.
