My professional career has involved fast paced and diverse roles. Beginning in light logistics work for an institutional kitchen at the beginning of my University studies, I eventually grew into the role of Kitchen Manager. In this role I was responsible for the daily operations of the large scale kitchen which included daily planning, scheduling, inventory management, and personnel management. I was also responsible for training my international staff composed of 30 members from varying countries in eastern Europe.

After leaving this position I began working in an IT position supporting inventory data for car dealership websites. This grew into a data implementation role where I currently am employed managing customer information in data bases and transitioning it to a new internal business platform. In this position I am personally responsible for managing projects that involve multiple members and the close communication between myself and our customer.

Data Implementation Specialist

I am responsible for the converting of customers from one DealerSocket proprietary software solution to another. This involves both direct customer service and heavy amounts of data management.

• Work directly with customers to identify unique data configurations and setups.
• Data “mine” through old software to find relevant information and transfer it to our new software.
• Examine and build out accounting integrations between DealerSocket and QuickBooks.
• Work alongside other departments to ensure that all projects are on schedule.
• Assist in the training of customers on the new proprietary software.

My responsibility was to manage dealership vehicle inventory from inventory providers and DMS to DealerFire websites.

• Used critical thinking and problem solving skills to identify and solve complex website issues and solve all customer related problems regarding their website’s inventory.
• Worked collaboratively on large multi-staged projects that involved upper levels of management, the website support team, account managers, and the website production team to roll out major website overhauls that were often extremely detail oriented and time sensitive.
• Used Salesforce and DealerSocket proprietary software to manage customer issues and complete inventory support cases in a timely and efficient manner.
