Prior to this I was working freelance as a Management Consultant assisting a client with a litigation, whereby my duties include: Review of delay claims, variations and notifications; First-principle take-offs of drawings for concrete, reinforcement and formwork quantities; Monthly claim evaluations.

In Singapore I undertook the role of Construction Manager with Balanced Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd (Singapore) where I had successfully managed the construction of industrial chimney projects for Oil Refineries and Thermal Power Plant applications and the construction of bulk-storage silos both in Singapore and Taiwan.

In London I was employed as a Construction Manager at Canary Wharf Contractors Limited and St. George South PLC during which I undertook multi-functional duties which embrace General Management, Projects, Engineering, Contracts and Procurement as well as Site Management for both multi-block, multi-storey Residential Development towers and Commercial Office building deep foundations.

Prior to this in Australia worked as a Construction Manager at McConnell Dowell Constructors Pty Ltd where I took over a Water Delivery Pipeline project to successfully bring it to completion within time and on budget, as well as involvement at an engineering level for Combined Cycle Gas Power Plants and Gas Refining projects for both McConnell Dowell Constructors and BGC Contractors.
