Summary

Highly experienced Mechanical Supervisor, looking to progress in the maintenance, reliability and turnaround field. Experienced in both oil and gas installations.
Currently working as a Turbine Supervisor on Majnoon field in Southern Iraq. This is a Shell Iraq Petroleum Development project combining Brownfield and Greenfield sites. My position as supervisor includes planning and executing all routine and non-routine maintenance on CPF and FCP Gas sites including and the remote well pads from time to time. My team consists of mixed nationality and skill levels. We carry out maintenance on full spectrum of mechanical, instrumentation/controls and electrical work. My role as supervisor is to maintain top quartile maintenance execution levels and 100% assurance on Safety Critical Elements, maintain FSR and MOC’s to ensure constant improvement in PML and maintain calculative status for the asset.

Develop and organise team of vendors to ensure provision of specialised technical support as per business project requirements. Support documentation of inspection test reports in technical integrity verification functions by co-ordinating with commissioning team. Provide effective suggestions regarding equipment maintenance as well as ensure completion of work orders within time.
