Projects Manager-Section Head of Coordination @ Capital Projects. (Reporting to Chief Projects Officer)
Projects Management, integration, unification, and synchronization the group members' efforts to ensure of accurate achievements of projects objectives / targets and the unity of action in the pursuit of Aspire goals as detailed hereunder:
1. Review / approve Consultants’ submissions and ensure the fulfillment of Stakeholders' requirements / Projects objectives during both Pre and Post Contract stages.
2. Review and prepare Tender and Contract Documents.
3. Determine the potential Scope deviations and assess its Cost / Time impact.
4. Review and authorize the issuance of Site Instructions / Scope Change to Consultants / Contractors.
5. Act as a focal point of contact between entire Project's stakeholders.
6. Ensure full integration/alignment of project schedules, budget, resources and underlying the assumptions across functions.
7. Advise Project’s Sponsor with the foreseen schedule slippage propose / approve the required appropriate corrective / preventive actions.
8. Review PMC / Contractors’ Claims and assess /approve the Variations Orders (VOs).
9. Authorize the issuance of contracts, Projects' Practical Completion Certificates (PCC) / Maintenance Completion Certificates (MCC).
10. Review and approve Contractors / Consultants invoices.
11. Monitoring & Controlling Projects' Budget, Time & Quality.
12. Monitoring & evaluating Consultants / Contractors performance to ensure the fulfillment to their contractual obligations during Pre and Post Contract stages.
13. Ensure immediate / urgent resolutions for interfaced problems during both design and construction phases.
14. Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining effective / efficient communications management plan between Project's stakeholders.
15. Provide coordination / technical support to the entire assigned functional teams.

Projects currently in construction stage:
1. Aspire Park Edutainment & Retail Complex (KidZania, Doha) at Aspire Zone, Doha. The Project is an entertainment center anchored by the leading Kids brand KidZania, in addition to a variety of restaurant and coffee shop outlets on an indoor arcade. The building is a single story linked with the existing Villagio mall by underground tunnel. The Project Built up Area is 12,161 m2 with Construction Cost of QR 153,166,550. The Contract is a design and Build commenced on 1st September 2015 with a completion date of 30th June 2017.
2. New Aspire Academy at Aspire Zone, Doha. The Project contains two stories Football Performance Centre, B+4 stories Boarding Building for students’ accommodation & Learning Resource Centre. The project Built up Area is 55,000 m2 and Construction Cost of QR 555,000,000. The construction was commenced on 21st February 2015 and the project completion will be on 31st July2017.
Accomplished Projects:
1. Aspetar Orthopedic Hospital (new West Building, new North Building, Physiotherapy Swimming Pool, Staff Cafeteria and Pharmacy expansions) at Aspire Zone, Doha. The project distinctively designed to be the most specialized orthopedic hospital in the Middle East using the latest technologies, medical equipment and high quality of selected finishing materials presenting and simulating the magnificent ID design for Consultation rooms, Research, Education, physiotherapies sections. The project handed over on 10th August 2015 with built up area of 15,000 m2 and Final Construction Cost of QR 203,000,000.
2. Aspire Logistics New Office Building at Aspire Zone, Doha. The project initially was fitness center and the changed and re-designed to provide the most comfortable / suitable office spaces for around 800 employees of Aspire Zone Foundation. It has a unique /exquisite interior design. 90% of the project handed over to Aspire on 9th March 2014 as partial handing over; while the remaining VIP offices @ 2nd floor handed over on 30th November 2014. The Project’s built up area is 10,000 m2 with Final Construction Cost of QR 135,376,833.

Canal Residence Towers consists of two major residential & commercial projects set on the Rivera style waterfront with facilities such like Retails, Promenade, GYMs, Health Clubs, Swimming Pools and Children Play Areas.
1. Review Consultants’ Design Development submissions.
2. Reveal the potential deviations and its related cost / time impact to DSC top Management and obtain the required approvals to proceed further.
3. Monitoring & Controlling Projects' Schedule, Budget & Quality.
4. Ensure that Consultants are fulfilling their contractual obligations and the targeted deliverables during both design & construction phases.
5. Fully responsible for value analysis processes and the enhancement of Project's quality and value.
6. Review / evaluate Consultants’ Tender analysis reports and prepare the recommendation to DSC Management.
7. Provide Project’s particular requirements and participate with Contracts department in preparation of Contractor/Consultants Contracts/LOAs.
8. Project’s integration / coordination processes between Site team, Finance, Retails, Facility Management, Real Estate & Marketing Departments to achieve stakeholders’ requirements & Projects’ objectives.
9. Review Consultants’ recommendations for Contractors' monthly payments Certificate and consequently provide Client’s approval to process the same financially.
10. Participating in negotiation processes with the short listed contractors to achieve projects objectives.

1. Canal Residence West Towers consists of five towers have Venetian, Mediterranean, Classic European, Spanish and Arabian styles, having various retails in the ground floor with total built up area of 1,945,665 sq. ft and construction cost of 942,000,000 AED.
2. Canal Residence East Towers consists of eight Classic European style towers, with total built up area of 1,152,974 sq. ft and estimated construction cost of 855,000,000 AED. Entire design phases had been completed and enabling works already tendered but the project execution is on hold.

1. World Trade Centre, Algeria. The complex consists of two office towers of 16 stories above high class shopping mall, occupies plot area of 14870m2 with total built up area of 61,700m2 having retails, stores, restaurants, coffee shops, super market, cinemas & entertainment.
2. Doha International Airport, Qatar. Extension of arrival halls and new technical building.
3. Khalifa Stadium Redevelopment at Doha, Qatar. 4 Bid packages, including increasing the stadium seating capacity to 50,000 seats, renovating and upgrading the Principal and VIP grand stands
