Summary

I am at my best in a job where I can work with other people, but also have the chance to concentrate in privacy, and have some level of both independence and collaboration in decision-making. I also am confident and succeed in performing complex tasks and processes within a tight schedule, and occasional work stress does not bother me. Tasks where I have an opportunity to solve problems bring the best out of me.
An ideal candidate to assume responsibility for small and large management, process and maintenance projects.
With over 30 years in both water and waste treatment, including installation, operations and management of Filtration, Aerobic and Anaerobic treatment plants.
I am self-motivated and results driven, with a strong background of effective management in operations and commissioning, with extensive experience working in a multicultural environment, often under challenging circumstances.
With a strong understanding of engineering specifications, P&ID’s, drawings, installations and site commissioning procedures and providing process input to tenders and projects.
Projects have ranged from managing operations of functional and pilot plants, new installations and refurbishment of existing plants.
Duties have included project management, procurement, client liaison, Health & Safety, operator training, root cause analysis, data analysis and interpretation, continuous process improvement, and budget control.
Team leadership, strong communication, analytical skills and reporting of all relevant data and activities have attributed to a number of successful ventures.
