Extensive experience in working on Pre-Contract and Post Contract Consultancy services on designs for Master planning & urban design, Sports Complexes, Commercial & Mixed-use buildings, Educational buildings, High-rise buildings, Healthcare buildings, Hospitality buildings, Luxury residential buildings and Interior design.
Project Management of complete pre-contract and post contract consultancy services. From conceptual design to tender documents, contract awards to handover (cradle to grave), specialising in review and coordination between architects, engineers, sub-consultants, stakeholders, contractors and consisting of the multi-cultural workforce. As well as strong project management skills, cost planning, scheduling, contract conditions (FIDIC based).
