- Simple and Combined cycle Power generation (GTG-STG)
- Gas Treating&Chill-Down, Gas Injection, Gas Oil Separation Plant, Gas To Liquid, Refineries, Carbon Black, Desalination Plants, Plant Utilities, Offshore. Exposure to sweet and sour gas plant engineering, material selection and relevant safety standard requirements.
- Urea-Ammonia, PTA, PET, Food and Pharmaceutical.
- Calculation of fault level, Earthing, Cable sizing, Load-flow analysis and Motor starting study, Protection and Electrical System Philosophy.
- Specification, selection and requisitioning: MCC/PC, Power and Distribution Transformers, Diesel Generators, GIS up to 380kV, HV/LV Motors, VSDs VSI up to 15MW, LCI up to 35MW, AC/DC UPS etc.
- Hazardous Area equipment selection.
- Safop, Hazid, Hazop and e-SIL review/workshops.
- ITB preparation, Factory Inspection and FAT.
- Packages Technical Bid Evaluation and review of Manufacturer’s post order engineering:
Gas and Steam Turbo-Generators, Diesel Generators, Step-up/Unit transformers, Power and Distribution Transformers, VSDs/LCI up to 35MW, LV-HV motors, LV-HV-EHV Switchgears and switchyards, Refrigeration and Recycle Gas Compressors, Pumps, Centrifuges, Blowers, Cooling towers, Flares, Loading arms, ASU, SRU.
• Conversant with Electrical International Standards IEC/IEEE/NFPA and O&G Company’s DEP/DGS.
• Capacity to work alone and/or in a team, with good interpersonal skills.
