Appointed initially for the first 6 months of the contract to DSME (Daewoo Shipping and Mechanical Engineering); responsible for interfacing hook-up and construction activities and interfacing with subcontractors/vendors on the project (DSME, RDS, CB&I and Saipem). After completing the initial SoW, I took up a contract role with Statoil. Managed the hook-up contractor (Aker Solutions) and supported the production of documentation covering hook-up of the drilling modules on the Statoil Mariner project.
 Assisted with the detailed design, construction and commissioning for periods in the shipyard and offshore hook-up activities.
 Developed technical competence with Statoil’s internal systems such as ProCoSys (project completion system), MARENS (mariner engineering numbering system), TRs (technical requirements), WRs (work process requirements) and LCI (lifecycle information).
 Supported the negotiation of pricing, terms and conditions, proprietary information agreements and teaming agreements with several suppliers.
 Managed project reporting across relevant projects internally to project director and externally to clients. Ensured all stakeholders were informed of project performance.
 Ensured technical information was properly disseminated among the company and clients.
