Responsible for business unit P+L whilst delivering the annual, operational and production strategy
• auditing subcontractors and suppliers in Saudi Arabia, China, Malaysia to evaluate quality management systems, material/equipment suitability, traceability and compliance, evaluate quality control procedures and final documentation
• expediting subcontracted projects to ensure compliance with expediting plan, policies, procedures, production targets. Monitor quality standards and agreed Critical Items delivery schedules and shipping documents in Saudi Arabia, China, Malaysia
• a team player who facilitated 2 JV location agreements in Saudi Arabia, China. Organizing building and office upgrades with subcontractors, to include, costings, scope of works, quality management system. Manage delivery practices and schedules for equipment, planned installation and commissioning, consumables selection and delivery, all manpower requirements and manpower training

• quickly building a strong cultural relationship with all departments to ensure necessary process training was researched, standardized, implemented and continuously evaluated for quality & improvement
• successfully increasing efficiency, production output and quality using KPI, Lean process methods
• assessing and implementing operational changes to maximize production equipment operation times, manpower efficiency, increasing productivity output, reduce production downtime and process repairs

Manage PM, QA, QC, production, welding/fabrication, engineering, maintenance, electrical,procurement, logistics and warehousing departments to strict budgets and deadlines.
