My main responsibilities are commercial litigation management in cooperation with local litigation lawyers, filing and managing of Criminal cases at Police Stations, Public Prosecution and UAE courts, advising on Criminal, Civil and Commercial Litigation Matters to Group entities and head office, reviewing contracts in the field of supply for construction projects, agency agreements and distributorship agreements and managing real estate related cases in courts and municipalities of different Emirates.
