I was born in Egypt in 4th April 1976, married and have three wonderful girls that I love them much, have worked in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait (currently).
I am enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, competent, honest, friendly, well organized, I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations.
I am a good communicator with proven interpersonal skills with excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, professional in reporting, writing, monitoring & contractual awareness.
I am certified as professional Engineer from Kuwait Society of Engineering, I had B.Sc. Civil Engineering in May 1999, and I am member of Egyptian Management Society of Engineers, Egyptian Society of Engineers & Egyptian Engineers Syndicate.
My computer skills as excellent working with Primavera (P6), very good in using Microsoft Package (Excel, Word, Microsoft Projects & PowerPoint), and good user of Windows/ internet
My main responsibility mostly were (but not limited to) studying The Contract documents, prepare /review The Contractor Construction Schedule ,the method of statement, monthly progress reports, weekly progress report, cost loading schedule , schedule of values, delay analysis ,claims, area of concern, preventive and corrective action, cash flow statement , financial S-Curve, resource loading / histogram.
In addition, Identifying and highlighting any contract contradiction to solve it earlier, communicating the Interfacing works with other trade to avoid any delay, participate in contract administration letters on issues relative to time aspect.
I have worked in many projects like Student Activities and Athletic Facilities (SAAF) Project (13 different buildings), infrastructure & bridges (Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway & Interchanges of main highway 6th ring road). Infrastructure only (Sabah Al-Salem University city-BP.#01 , Saad Abdullah city-block 8-contract 2 & Sabah Al-Ahmed – infrastructure blocks D&E ). Hospitals (Al-Safat American Hospital). Hotels (Slayil Al-Jahra Hotel - Phase II/3.1). (SAAF) Project is spread over 13 parcels in the heart area of the campus with a total land area of 207,866 sq.m and a built up area of 274,360 sq.m. with the total value of 162,617,478.624 - split into two packages:-Package I consists of four large buildings accommodating sports facilities for men and women, one medium building for students activities and four small buildings for various services. With a duration is 1330 days & Value of 105,351,596.205 K.D . Package II consists of 15,000 seat stadium, 2,000 seat indoor tennis court, a series of outdoor sports fields and three services buildings. With a duration is 1120 days & Value of 57,232,651.172 K.D.
The project scope covers the construction, completion and maintenance of all buildings, and facilities. Works are classified under divisions: Site Works, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood and Plastics, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Doors and Windows, Finishes, Specialties, Furnishings, Special Construction, Conveying System, Mechanical Works and Electrical Works.

The Employer "Ministry of Public Works" - Stat of Kuwait has signed The Contract of Design & Built /Maintenance of Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway Project (Main Link)-Contract: RA/140 to "Hyundai-CGC Consortium" The Consultant is consortium of Dar al Handasa / SSHI/ TYLINE , The ICE (Independent Checking Expert) is AECOM and The Designer is SYSTRA S.A.
The purpose of the project (36.14km) is to connect the planned new town in Subiyah north of Kuwait Bay with Kuwait City south of Kuwait Bay.
CGC scope of work in Shuwaikh including Ghazali Transition Bridge(447m), Shuwaikh Port Bridge(1125m), Shuwaikh Port Interchange(844m), six Approach ramps(855m) including reclamation, revetment, utilities protection/diversion/service roads & construct visitor center/administration buildings
CGC scope of work in Subiyah including soil improvement , embankment(13m high-3950m length,) KOC bridge(304m),Interchange bridge(1866m)
More over 13 administration small buildings over two artificial island
The whole contract value is 738.75 Million K.D. The Project Duration is 5 Years.

MPW award the contract of Construction , Completion and Maintenance of the Interchanges of main highway 6th ring road at south Jahra RA184 to Combined Group Contracting Co. -Roads & high way section in November,2010
The project consist of on trough , six bridges beside roads & utility services(storm, telephone net work ,water connection, 11 KV, street lighting)
The contract value was 36.7 Million K.D. & The Project Duration was 36 Months.

1-Renovation & Construction Of Dahiet-Abdula-Esalem & Mansouria Co-
The Management of Dahiet-Abdula-Esalem & Mansouria Co-Operation objective was maintaining the operation of the cooperation ongoing all over the renovation process by maneuvering the sections while construction is processing.
The challenge was to maintain fast track time schedule fully detailed design processes with related Authority approval in line with the master construction schedule.
Khalid Al Korafi & Sons (KAK) was the Contractor and (Total Management Consultancy Project Management & Facility Studies) was the Construction Manger. The contract value was 5, 3 Million K.D. & The Project Duration was 24 Months.
2- Design, Construction & Maintenance of Al-Shadadiyah Housing City For Expatriates. (Design &Built)
Ministry Of Public Work-Special Project Administration (The Client) Assigned The First Kuwaiti For Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. (The Contractor) for Design, Construction & Maintenance of Al-Shadadiyah Housing City For Expatriates.
The project included 23 Residential Buildings, Medical Center, Mosque, Security Center, Administration Building, 6 Electric substations, Main Electric Station 132/11 KV, Ground Water Tank, Boundary walls, Waste Treatment Plant, Infrastructure works with value of 27,481,971.00 K.D.
The challenge was to maintain fast track time schedule fully detailed with whole design processes and related Authority approval in line with the fully detailed construction schedule (including resource and cost loading) in such design & built/ fast track project. The Project Duration was 30 Months.
3-Construction& Maintenance Of 360 Degree Cinema Complex.
Tamdeen Real Estate Company (The Client) assigned Al-Riyash Trading Co. (The contractor) for Construction & Maintenance Of 360 Degree Cinema Complex under supervision of SSH International Consultants with value of 1.2 Million K.D. The Project includes all high quality finishing work coordinated with Electro-mechanical works.
The challenge was to encourage the elector-mechanical contractor (Khorafi-National) to expedite his performance and coordinate with him, reporting his delay to claim.
4- Construction& Maintenance Of Telecommunication & Navigation Institute Project (Shuwaikh Campus).
Public Authority For Applied Education & Technology (PAAET) (The Client) assigned Al-Hamra Kuwait Company (The contractor) for Construction& Maintenance Of Telecommunication & Navigation Institute Project (Shuwaikh Campus) under direction of Turner PROJACS (The Construction manager.
The project included two different buildings including civil, electro-mechanical, finishes and furniture works with value of 3.7 Million K.D.
The challenge was in the methodology to prepare time schedule from Schedule of Values after approval then allocate resources and cost in a very long and more complicated /accurate way depending on multifunction system and coordination between Primavera system and Microsoft Excel
5-Construction & Maintenance of Al-Safat American Hospital
Kuwait Medical Center Holding Co.(K.M.C.) (The Client) assigned Al-Riyash Trading Co (The nominated sub-contractor) for Construction & Maintenance Of Al-Safat American Hospital Project under direction of PROJACS (The Construction manager and Gulf Consult (The Consultant).
Al Ghanim International was The Main Contractor & the project was multi-packages system
The project included high sensitive medical finishes & landscape work in eleven floors building and mosque with value of 3, 5 Million K.D.
The challenge was in multi-package system specially the coordination with electro-mechanical and medical equipments requirements and their impact on the finishes. The unfair condition of contract to complete all procurement within three months or penalty to implemented on the nominated sub-contractor.
We protect ourselves by milestones inserting and succeeded in weaken the contract condition.
It is a mix of contribution issues to push the contractor to finish on time and to reserve and weaken any contract condition against us.
6-Construction & Maintenance of Box Hill Collage Abu-Helifa
International Integrated Education Services Co. (K.S.C.C.) (The Client) assigned Al-Enma'a Real Estate Co (The Contractor) for Construction & Maintenance Of Box Hill College Kuwait Project under supervision of SSHI International (The Consultant).
The project included all civil & electro-mechanical , furniture and landscaping works in two separate buildings with a value of 5,050,000 K.D.
7- Construction & Maintenance of Slayl Al-Jahra Hotel Project Phase II/3.1
Kuwait Commercial Market Complex Co. (KCMCC) (The Client) assigned Sayed Hamid Behbehani & Sons Co. (The Contractor) for Construction & Maintenance Of Slayl Al-Jahra Hotel Project Phase II/3.1 Project under Direction of PROJACS and supervision of Nezar Al Anjari (The Consultant).
The project consist of four star hotel with six floors , landscape, swimming pool and lagoon, the work included all civil & finishes works with a value of 1,728,000 K.D.
The challenge was in multi-package system specially the coordination with electro-mechanical and furniture/high finishes works and their requirements and effect on the contractor
8-Construction & Maintenance of Saad Abdullah City, Block - 8, Contract – 2
Public Authority For Housing Welfare (The Client ) assigned Abdel Rahman Al-Bisher Sons General Trading &Contracting Co.(The Contractor) for Construction & Maintenance of Saad Abdullah City, Block - 8, Contract – 2
The projects consist of 209 houses, infrastructure, minor neighborhood center, school, mosque, gas station & substations with a value of 18,267,783K.D.
9-Construction & Maintenance of infrastructure of Sabah Al-Ahmed city- blocks D&E Role Planning Engineer
Public Authority For Housing Welfare (The Client) assigned Combined Group Co. (The Contractor) for Construction & Maintenance of infrastructure of Sabah Al-Ahmed city- blocks D & E.
The project consist of 4081 plots + 130 substation with a value of 32,985,000.00 K.D.
10-Construction& Maintenance Of El Solibikhat East Hosing Project
Public Authorities For Housing Welfare (The Client) assigned Al Enma'a Real Estate Co. (The contractor) for Construction& Maintenance Of El Solibikhat East Hosing Project.
The project consist of (220 building , 2 mosques, secondary school, police station , super market, health clinic ,substations & all infra-structure works ) including all civil, electro-mechanical and finishes works with value of 15,574,000 K.D.
