I’m a Project Manager “Civil Engineer” with a total of 19+ years of experience having graduated in Jun 1998 from Al-Mustansiriya University in Baghdad.

During the past nineteen years, I had the pleasure to work in various disciplines of the industry with some of the most respected companies in this field. This experience has no doughtily enriched my background in Civil Engineering.

As a result I now command good knowledge in the four sectors of the industry, Contracting, Consulting, Construction Management and Client Representative.

As you will see from my CV through the stages of my experience I have been involved in various capacities in the construction of Residential Towers & Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Five Star Hotels, Housing, Mixed use development for thousands of Villas and all related Infrastructure & landscape works, underground tunneling and all related underground work.

I do command 12 years of experience in the UAE and the rest of my experience was in Jordan & KSA.

 Project Description: Construction of 420 villas at Yahar & 588 villas at Salamat, closeout the development and handing over the phasing plan on four stages with all related Infra services. The Infrastructure works included construction of roads & street lighting & street furniture, car parking, sewerage system, electrical power supply systems & substations, water and irrigation networks and control system including the design of soft landscape, underground water reservoirs & pumping stations and telecommunication network. Project Budget was USD 320M.

 Project name: Abu Samrah Residential Complex – Infrastructure & Building Development
 Project Description: Construction of 60 villas with a budget of USD 40M, including all related Infrastructure services such as construction of roads & street lighting, parking, sewerage system, electrical power supply systems & substations and water network.

 Project Description: development and construction of greater Burj Dubai Development Lake & Fountain without limitation to: Lake Promenades which are comprised of Pedestrian walkways, landscaping with all related hard & soft landscape features.
The Lake with a total area of 120K M2 handmade lagoon constructed of a mass fiber concrete for both floor and walls. The development consist of Island Park & Island Bridges and The Fountain which is the tallest water feature in the world compromise of 5 rings connected all together with underground tunnel in addition to a complete filtration system comprised of 4 filtration units and sludge management building
 Project name: Truck and Services Tunnel Project for Dubai Properties
 Project Description: Serving the entire parcels in The Dubai International Financial Center “DIFC” area Project, the project was to construct an U/G tunnel with approx. length of 1400m long and 40m wide, with three levels consisting of post tension slabs and hollow core slabs, from -8.0 DMD up to 3.45 DMD. Total budget for the project was 400 million AED. Installation of 6 KM length of (D 36") Chilled Water Pipeline serving gate precinct/ parcels developers at DIFC area project.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with all Construction Managers and Lead Engineers to ensure the appropriate standards, policies and procedures are established, implemented and followed for the construction of projects elements in addition to managing construction team to build concern job of villas.
