The project consists of the following main components: A two level mall with 150 units incorporating anchor tenant, line shops, flagships, mini majors, entertainment areas, food courts and restaurants. The main zones within the development are as follows:
• The total plot area is approximately 136,386 m2.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works in a client facing role, responsible for supervising and administering the construction contracts to take all reasonable to ensure the Works are constructed in accordance with the technical specifications and Conditions of Contract and to keep the Client informed on the contractor’s performance.

Three (3) hospitals comprise the heart of healthcare facilities – the MAIN HOSPITAL, THE WOMEN‘S AND CHILDREN‘S HOSPITAL AND THE HOSPITAL OF HOPE. (1700 beds)

ACOUNTABILITY:
- Oversee the successful safe delivery of projects to scope, target cost, quality, programme and completion encompassing design, engineering, construction, handover and commercial aspects ensuring “Perfect Delivery” is achieved.

5 * HILTON HOTEL AND RESIDENCES is Phase 2 of an iconic SAR2.2bn high profile landmark development being constructed by Latifia for GOSI (Saudi Government – General Organisation for Social Insurance).
As a luxury five star hotel, the project consists of two distinctive high rise towers.
Hotel is a 20 storey RC building with 645 guestrooms and suites, plus a 14 storey RC building with 221 full service apartments. In addition to the hotel and apartments, the project features standard hotel amenities with underground parking for 1300 vehicles and high quality site works.
The project has 4 distinctive restaurants including a roof top garden cafeteria over the podium area, business area, health clubs with indoor swimming pools and 1750 seat ballroom wedding hall.
The podium level at 30m in height includes 43metre span post tension concrete beams to create the ballroom wedding hall area.
Total built up area is 220,000m2. Both towers connect to the adjacent Granada Mall by an air conditioned 500m skywalk and will link to GOSI Riyadh Metro Station.
ACOUNTABILITY:
I had the overall responsibility for the successful Contract Administration, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the project. ( SAR 2,20 Billions )
To achieve the project goals while considering the predefined project constraints - the scope, the time, and the budget.
Elaborating and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, its goals and deliverables & constantly review / update as per the progress requirement.
Assigning responsibilities and identifying the resources' requirement.
Preparing the Project schedules, QA Plan, SHEQ Plan, Registers for Material submittal, drawing submittal etc.
Attending design, progress, and coordination meetings with client and subcontractors
Identifying, managing, escalating, resolving and mitigating project risk and ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality.

It was my primary responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of projects, which met its goals and objectives, and was completed within the agreed scope, budget, and timeframe boundaries.
I was responsible for planning and scheduling the project, managing the project to scope, schedule and budget. Also played a greater role in strategic program management, project directorship, client relationship management, and mentoring of other PNU project team members.
I have directed co-ordinated, and supervised the projects in association with the Project Team, ensuring that the Project brief, all designs, specifications, and relevant information/ data were made available to.
I was responsible for the design and preparation of design development documents consisting of drawings, specifications, and other documents to fix and describe the size, and character of the project, as to architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems and materials.
It was established and implemented effective monitoring, and control systems, according to project requirements, to ensure that the input of the Project Team (Project Engineers, Design/ Supervision Consultants, and Contractors) met the Corporations objectives in terms of time, cost, specification, statutory, and quality standards.
Responsible for overseeing the entire project cycle, from project approval to project closure.

SAUDI OGER LTD. – KAP 2 – outskirts of Riyadh – (Start up Stage)
The Saudi Ministry of Interior is consolidating the training of several Institutes, in order to upgrade all of the national security forces and agencies (4,355,276 m2 project). The training programs will focus on training security professionals according to their specific roles and responsibilities. To accomplish this 41 campuses are scheduled to be completed throughout the Kingdom over a three year period.. Twenty one (21) different types of buildings are to be adapted to 41 different sites corresponding to 11 site prototypes and 134 different buildings. Each campus will Include: Student, Faculty and Staff Housing, Dining and Recreational Facilities, Forensic Laboratories, Classroom Buildings, a 1500 -3000 seat Auditorium, Outpatient Clinic, Shooting Range, Skeleton Village (MOUT), Burn House, Emergency Vehicle Training Courses, Outdoor Sports Fields and Grandstands, Maintenance Shops, and a variety of other Campus Support Facilities.
Project budget - $26 Billion
The project was however withdrawn from Saudi Oger due to financial incapacity.

MANAMA LAGOON (dredging, Quay Walls & other marine works), Environmental Impact Assessment – EIA, Primary Power Station (66kV) for the overall development.
Procurement and management of design consultants undertaking master planning, marine works, canals, quay walls, environmental studies and permits, traffic studies, architecture and infrastructure, together with the marine works dredging and reclamation tendering process. In addition, my team has managed all master programming and scheduling activities, permitting processes and liaison with the regulatory authorities.
The project is ongoing, and previews that the 2 blocks “K” would have 150m high (±50 storeys). Blocks “Q” with 30 storeys, and blocks “Z” with 20 storeys. The total GBA is 1,041,964 sqm, for a population of 28,570 people.
