• Currently, working as a full time, HR and Administration Manager on Consultancy Contract, this is an Infrastructure Road Constructions Company in the UAE, about 1,500 employees, 600 commercial vehicles, two maintenance workshop, head-office of 100 executives/staff.
• Joined as Management Consultant to streamline the all management process, specifically the HR and Personnel Management policies and procedures, established departmental goals, KPI’s and overall organizational performance management system. 12 Projects, averagely 20 employee’s recruitment per month.
